As a Wealth Transfer Specialist, you will be crucial in refining AI's ability to comprehend estate planning, trust structures, and intergenerational wealth strategies, transforming it into a sophisticated advisor for families and their legacies.
Key Responsibilities
Evaluate AI-generated advice on estate planning fundamentals, including wills, living trusts, and powers of attorney, for accuracy and legal soundness.
Assess AI's comprehension of various trust structures (e.g., revocable, irrevocable, charitable, special needs) and their tax implications.
Provide expert feedback on AI outputs related to intergenerational wealth transfer strategies, including gifting, dynasty trusts, and family foundations.
Identify and correct factual inaccuracies or misinterpretations in AI's analysis of estate tax laws, gift tax exemptions, and probate processes.
Refine AI's capacity to explain complex legal and financial concepts related to wealth transfer in an accessible yet precise manner.
Develop training data on business succession planning, charitable giving strategies, and elder law considerations.
Ideal Qualifications
Juris Doctor (J.D.) or Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Taxation or Estate Planning.
Minimum 7 years of experience in estate planning, trust administration, or wealth transfer advisory.
Active bar membership in a U.S. jurisdiction; CFP® or CTFA (Certified Trust and Financial Advisor) designation is a significant plus.
Deep knowledge of federal and state estate, gift, and generation-skipping transfer tax laws.
Proven experience in drafting and interpreting complex estate planning documents.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate nuanced legal and financial concepts.
