In a visually-driven world, compelling design is paramount. For AI to truly create impactful visuals, it needs to understand the subtle art of branding and graphic communication. Your aesthetic judgment will empower AI to generate designs that not only look good but also resonate deeply.
As a Visual Designer contributing to our AI training data, you'll be instrumental in teaching AI the principles of effective visual communication. You'll create and evaluate data that covers everything from brand identity guidelines to the nuances of typography and layout, ensuring AI can craft designs that are both beautiful and strategically sound.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and curate training datasets illustrating best practices in visual design, including layout, typography, and color theory.
Evaluate graphic assets, logos, and brand collateral with detailed explanations of design choices and their strategic intent.
Create examples of effective and ineffective visual communication for AI to learn from.
Evaluate AI-generated visual designs for aesthetic quality, brand consistency, and adherence to design principles.
Provide specific feedback on elements such as kerning, leading, visual hierarchy, and emotional impact of design.
Contribute to the development of style guides and visual language rules for AI models.
Ideal Qualifications
3• years of professional experience as a Visual Designer, Graphic Designer, or Brand Designer.
Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in branding, print design, digital design, and illustration.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or Figma/Sketch.
Deep understanding of design principles, color theory, typography, and visual hierarchy.
Experience in developing or adhering to comprehensive brand guidelines.
Ability to articulate design rationale and provide constructive visual criticism.
