Job Description
Translate post-production experience into editing exercises, reference critiques and assessments of AI-generated video.
What you will do
• Build realistic editing problems that start with raw media and end with a final cut.
• Explain the editorial reasoning behind cuts and sequencing choices.
• Assess continuity, pacing and picture quality in generated video.
• Demonstrate practical timeline, motion and post-production workflows.
Required background
• At least 2 years of professional editing or post-production work.
• Strong practical experience in Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve or Final Cut and a reel or portfolio of completed work.
• Written English suitable for explaining editorial choices.
• At least 10 hours of weekly availability.
Preferred background
• After Effects, Cinema 4D or Blender experience in motion graphics or 2D/3D animation.
• Color-grading or sound-design skills.
• Broadcast, agency or high-volume social-video experience.
Location and eligibility
• Remote work; country restrictions are not stated.
Availability
• Remote and asynchronous, with at least 10 hours available each week.
Pay and engagement
$53 • $95/hr
USD hourly compensation. The applicable rate and agreed work scope are confirmed before work begins.
