Job Description
Clear, concise, and accurate technical documentation is the backbone of technological progress. As a Technical Writing Specialist, you will leverage your expertise to train AI models in generating high-quality, user-friendly content across diverse technical domains, from software engineering to complex scientific concepts.
Key Responsibilities
Create detailed, step-by-step tutorials and how-to guides for AI models, covering software features, API usage, and hardware configurations.
Evaluate AI-generated technical documentation for clarity, accuracy, completeness, and adherence to style guides.
Develop training data focused on explaining complex engineering principles, scientific methodologies, and product specifications.
Refine AI outputs to ensure appropriate tone, audience targeting (e.g., developers vs. end-users), and information architecture.
Evaluate and correct AI-generated explanations of algorithms, data structures, and system architectures.
Design and implement content structures that enable AI to produce well-organized and navigable technical resources.
Ideal Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Technical Communication, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
3• years of professional experience as a technical writer, content developer, or documentation specialist.
Proficiency with documentation tools such as Markdown, reStructuredText, Sphinx, or Confluence.
Experience writing for diverse technical audiences and subject matters (e.g., software, hardware, scientific research).
Strong understanding of information design principles, content strategy, and user experience (UX) writing.
Ability to read and understand code snippets (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript) or scientific papers is highly desirable.
