Your dual expertise as a Tax Lawyer and CPA will be critical in creating high-quality training data, ensuring AI systems can accurately navigate tax planning strategies, IRS regulations, and complex tax implications. This role is essential for developing AI that provides reliable tax guidance.
Key Responsibilities
Create comprehensive training data sets covering federal, state, and international tax law, including income tax, corporate tax, and estate tax.
Develop scenarios and examples related to tax planning strategies, deductions, credits, and compliance with IRS regulations.
Review and validate AI-generated tax advice, calculations, and explanations for accuracy and adherence to current tax codes.
Evaluate tax forms, legal opinions, and regulatory guidance with precise tax terminology and contextual insights.
Provide expert feedback on AI's ability to interpret complex tax statutes, identify relevant precedents, and apply tax principles correctly.
Ideal Qualifications
Juris Doctor (JD) degree and active bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license is required.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience practicing tax law, preferably in a firm or corporate tax department.
Deep expertise in federal tax law, including the Internal Revenue Code (IRC) and Treasury Regulations.
Proven ability to analyze complex financial data and apply tax law principles to real-world scenarios.
Strong written communication skills to create clear, accurate, and detailed training materials.
