As a Software Expert (Office Suite), you will empower AI to master the intricacies of Excel macros, VBA, and Google Apps Script, transforming how businesses leverage these essential applications.
Key Responsibilities
Create high-quality training data for automating tasks within Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook using VBA.
Evaluate AI-generated VBA macros for functional correctness, efficiency, and adherence to best practices.
Develop instruction-response pairs for Google Apps Script, covering Google Sheets, Docs, and Gmail automation.
Assess AI's ability to interact with Office application object models and manipulate data programmatically.
Debug and refine AI-generated scripts for error handling, performance, and robustness across different Office versions.
Provide expert feedback on AI's understanding of business logic and data manipulation within spreadsheet and document contexts.
Ideal Qualifications
7• years of experience in developing automation solutions for Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
Expert proficiency in VBA (Visual Basic for Applications) for Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Strong experience with Google Apps Script (JavaScript-based) for automating Google Sheets, Docs, and Forms.
Deep understanding of spreadsheet functions, data validation, and complex formula creation.
Ability to write clean, modular, and well-documented scripts.
Experience with data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) within office environments.
