Structural Engineering Reviewer
Job Description
Build structural-design cases and assess whether AI solutions have sound load paths and satisfy applicable codes.
What you will do
• Create problems spanning load analysis and connection design.
• Explain code interpretation and structural reasoning in reference answers.
• Evaluate structural adequacy and compliance, identifying unsafe or unbuildable proposals.
Required background
• A civil or structural engineering degree.
• At least two years of structural design or analysis practice.
• Strong knowledge of codes such as ASCE 7, ACI or AISC.
• Clear written English and availability for at least 10 hours weekly.
Preferred background
• PE or SE licensure.
• Seismic or high-rise design experience.
• Advanced use of ETABS, SAP2000, RISA or similar analysis software.
Availability
• Remote and asynchronous; at least 10 hours of availability each week, with working times arranged independently.
Pay and engagement
$116–$205/hr
