Key Responsibilities
Localize AI-generated content (e.g., chatbot responses, marketing copy, user instructions) from English into natural, culturally appropriate Spanish for various target markets.
Adapt vocabulary, idiomatic expressions, and grammatical structures to suit specific regional preferences (e.g., Castilian Spanish vs. Mexican Spanish vs. Rioplatense Spanish).
Review and edit AI outputs for grammatical accuracy, stylistic consistency, and adherence to specific market guidelines.
Ensure accurate adaptation of technical terminology, industry-specific jargon, and cultural references for diverse Spanish-speaking audiences.
Provide detailed linguistic and cultural feedback to AI models, highlighting areas for improvement in Spanish generation.
Contribute to the development and maintenance of Spanish style guides, glossaries, and localization best practices for different regions.
Ideal Qualifications
Native fluency in Spanish with a deep understanding of regional linguistic variations and cultural nuances across Latin America and Spain.
Extensive professional experience in Spanish localization, transcreation, translation, or content writing for multiple markets.
Proficiency with CAT tools (e.g., MemoQ, Trados Studio) and localization management platforms.
