Software Engineering Contributor — Student or Recent Graduate
Job Description
Create coding exercises and evaluate solutions using the software engineering knowledge developed through study and practical projects.
What you will do
• Write challenges about algorithms, debugging, architecture, APIs, optimization and testing.
• Check generated solutions for technical correctness and sound engineering practice.
• Explain mistakes and improve reference answers.
• Calibrate question difficulty with other reviewers.
Required background
• Current enrolment in, or recent graduation from, a computer science, software engineering or related technical degree.
• Strong programming in a language such as Python, Java, C+• or JavaScript, plus algorithms and data structures.
• Clear analytical writing and careful technical communication.
Preferred background
• Software internships, substantial personal or open-source work.
• Projects or coursework in systems, databases, web development or machine learning.
• Git, testing tools and modern development workflows.
• Familiarity with AI applications.

Pay and engagement
$42 • $63/hr
