As a Social Media Content Evaluator, you'll be the arbiter of what makes AI-generated social content truly shine. You'll assess posts for brand voice, platform-specific best practices, and the elusive quality of engagement, guiding AI to become a savvy and appropriate digital communicator.
Key Responsibilities
Evaluate AI-generated social media posts, captions, and ad copy for tone, clarity, and brand alignment.
Assess content for platform-specific best practices (e.g., TikTok trends, LinkedIn professionalism, Instagram aesthetics).
Rate content on its potential for engagement, virality, and audience interaction.
Identify and flag inappropriate, misleading, or insensitive language and content, ensuring brand safety.
Provide detailed, actionable feedback on how AI outputs can be improved to meet specific marketing objectives.
Categorize content by sentiment, intent, and target audience to refine AI's contextual understanding.
Ideal Qualifications
2• years of professional experience in social media management, content marketing, or community management.
Deep understanding of major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter/X, LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest, etc.).
Proven ability to identify engaging content and understand audience behavior across different demographics.
Excellent written communication skills with a keen eye for nuance and cultural context.
Familiarity with social media analytics and content performance metrics is a plus.
Experience in brand voice development or content moderation is highly valued.
