Your insights will directly train AI to generate effective sales strategies, B2B communication, and wholesale process optimization, making it an indispensable tool for sales teams.
Key Responsibilities
Evaluate AI-generated sales scripts, email outreach, and B2B communication strategies for effectiveness and tone.
Assess AI's recommendations for navigating complex wholesale sales cycles, from prospecting to contract negotiation.
Critique AI's understanding of manufacturing sales processes, inventory management, and bulk order fulfillment.
Provide detailed feedback on AI's ability to identify customer pain points, tailor solutions, and handle objections.
Develop and evaluate real-world sales scenarios, including cold calls, presentations, and follow-ups, for AI training.
Benchmark AI outputs against proven sales methodologies (e.g., SPIN Selling, Challenger Sale).
Ideal Qualifications
5• years of experience as a Sales Representative, Account Manager, or Business Development Manager in B2B or wholesale.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in complex sales environments.
Deep understanding of wholesale distribution models, manufacturing sales, and supply chain dynamics.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales automation tools.
Ability to articulate complex sales strategies and provide actionable feedback.
