Toast POS Hospitality Specialist
Job Description
Explain how restaurant teams use Toast in real service operations. Build realistic workflow examples and evaluate whether AI understands orders, payments, menus and reporting.
What you will do
• Review order-entry, payment and reporting workflows and identify common points of confusion.
• Write step-by-step examples and operating guidance for realistic restaurant situations.
• Assess configuration and troubleshooting explanations across different restaurant formats.
• Annotate authorised transaction examples, menus and order sequences, then improve prompts and evaluations.
Preferred background
• Current hospitality employment involving daily Toast POS use.
• Practical understanding of restaurant order and payment workflows.
• Ability to document processes clearly for technical and non-technical readers.
• Experience across restaurant concepts or helping colleagues adopt restaurant technology.
Pay and engagement
$30 • $97/hr
All amounts are in USD. The rate, task scope and schedule are agreed before work begins.
