As a Research Analyst, you will be critical in sourcing, synthesizing, and presenting accurate, well-supported information to train AI across a vast spectrum of domains, ensuring its outputs are grounded in verifiable facts and comprehensive understanding.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct in-depth research using academic databases, reputable news sources, government reports, and industry publications.
Synthesize complex information from multiple sources into clear, concise, and well-structured analytical content for AI training.
Evaluate AI-generated research summaries and factual claims, providing corrections and additional context where necessary.
Develop comprehensive datasets covering specific topics, ensuring breadth, depth, and accuracy of information.
Identify potential biases or gaps in existing AI knowledge and proactively create training materials to address them.
Cite all sources meticulously, adhering to established academic or journalistic citation styles.
Ideal Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a research-intensive field (e.g., History, Political Science, Economics, Journalism, STEM).
2• years of experience in research, data analysis, or content creation requiring rigorous fact-checking.
Demonstrated proficiency in using advanced search techniques and academic databases (e.g., JSTOR, PubMed, Google Scholar).
Exceptional critical thinking skills and the ability to discern credible sources from unreliable ones.
Strong written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex topics clearly and objectively.
Experience with citation management tools (e.g., Zotero, Mendeley) is a plus.
