Job Description
The multifaceted nature of real estate transactions, property rights, and land use regulations demands precise legal interpretation, making expert-validated AI solutions essential. Your specialized knowledge in real estate law will be critical in creating high-quality training data, ensuring AI systems can accurately advise on property matters, zoning, and complex transactions. This role is vital for developing AI that supports the real estate industry.
Key Responsibilities
Create comprehensive training data sets covering property law, real estate transactions (residential and commercial), zoning ordinances, and land use regulations.
Develop scenarios and examples related to purchase agreements, leases, easements, deeds, title issues, and environmental regulations affecting property.
Review and validate AI-generated advice, contracts, and analyses concerning real estate law for accuracy and compliance.
Evaluate real estate documents, legal opinions, and regulatory guidance with precise legal terminology and contextual insights.
Provide expert feedback on AI's ability to interpret complex property statutes, identify relevant precedents, and apply real estate principles correctly.
Ideal Qualifications
Juris Doctor (JD) degree and active bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
Minimum of 4• years of experience specializing in real estate law, including transactional, litigation, or land use aspects.
Deep expertise in property law, contract law as it applies to real estate, and local/state zoning and land use regulations.
Proven experience in drafting and negotiating real estate agreements, conducting due diligence, or advising on property disputes.
Exceptional analytical skills to evaluate complex property documents and legal descriptions.
Strong written communication skills to create clear, accurate, and detailed training materials.
