As a Psychologist, your expertise will be crucial in training AI to comprehend psychological principles, therapy modalities, and assessment techniques, fostering more nuanced and ethically sound AI applications in mental health.
Key Responsibilities
Create comprehensive training data covering psychological assessment (e.g., cognitive, personality, diagnostic), evidence-based therapy modalities (e.g., CBT, ACT, psychodynamic), and behavioral health interventions.
Develop detailed explanations of psychological theories, research methodologies, and ethical considerations in practice.
Craft scenarios involving case conceptualization, treatment planning, crisis intervention, and patient communication.
Evaluate AI-generated responses for accuracy, clinical appropriateness, and ethical adherence in psychological contexts.
Provide expert feedback on AI's ability to understand the nuances of human experience, differentiate between psychological conditions, and recommend appropriate support strategies.
Contribute to the development of culturally sensitive and trauma-informed content for AI models.
Ideal Qualifications
PhD or PsyD in Clinical Psychology, Counseling Psychology, or a related field.
Active, unrestricted Psychologist license (any US state).
Minimum 3 years of clinical practice experience.
In-depth knowledge of DSM-5-TR, psychological assessment tools, and various therapeutic approaches.
Strong understanding of ethical guidelines (e.g., APA Ethics Code) and professional standards.
Exceptional ability to articulate complex psychological concepts clearly and empathetically.
