Job Description
The human mind is profoundly complex, and understanding its disorders requires deep empathy and clinical acumen. As a Psychiatrist, your expertise will be instrumental in training AI to comprehend the nuances of mental health, psychopharmacology, and therapeutic approaches, fostering more sensitive and effective AI-driven mental health support.
Key Responsibilities
Create comprehensive training data covering psychiatric disorders (e.g., mood disorders, anxiety disorders, psychotic disorders, personality disorders) based on DSM-5-TR criteria.
Develop detailed explanations of psychopharmacology, including mechanisms of action, side effects, drug interactions, and appropriate prescribing practices.
Craft scenarios involving diagnostic assessments, treatment planning, psychotherapy modalities (e.g., CBT, DBT, psychodynamic), and crisis intervention.
Evaluate AI-generated responses for accuracy, clinical appropriateness, and ethical considerations in mental health care.
Provide expert feedback on AI's ability to understand the subtleties of psychiatric symptoms, differentiate between conditions, and recommend holistic treatment approaches.
Contribute to the development of culturally sensitive and stigma-aware content for AI models.
Ideal Qualifications
MD or DO degree with Board Certification in Psychiatry.
Active, unrestricted medical license (any US state).
Minimum 3 years of clinical practice experience in psychiatry.
In-depth knowledge of DSM-5-TR, psychopharmacology, and various psychotherapy techniques.
Strong understanding of mental health ethics, patient safety, and confidentiality.
Exceptional ability to articulate complex psychological and pharmacological concepts clearly.
