Psychiatric AI Response Reviewer
Job Description
Review psychiatric reasoning for IXO. Use licensed clinical judgment to assess AI responses, explain important errors and, where assigned, develop realistic cases with reference answers.
What you will do
• Assess psychiatric case responses for diagnostic accuracy, treatment reasoning, medication considerations and handling of clinical risk.
• Explain why an answer is inadequate and describe an appropriate psychiatric approach.
• For assigned case-authoring work, develop clinical vignettes and reference responses grounded in realistic practice.
Required background
• An MD or DO awarded by a US institution.
• An active US medical license, including an eligible training license.
• Current psychiatry practice or psychiatry training in the United States.
• Clear written English for explaining clinical reasoning to another psychiatrist.
Preferred background
• Experience in psychopharmacology, clinical risk assessment, emergency psychiatry or inpatient care.
• Experience teaching residents or producing clinical or board-examination learning material.
• Interest in evaluating AI responses to mental-health situations.
Location and eligibility
• Attending psychiatrists and residents or fellows in US psychiatry programs are eligible; all psychiatric subspecialties are welcome.
• The US education, licensure and current practice/training conditions apply together.
Availability
• Remote and asynchronous, with no fixed hours. An initial three-week review period is the planning reference; agree dates and workload before starting.
Pay and engagement
$132/hr
Amounts are in USD. The applicable rate or fee and work requirements are agreed before you begin.
