As a Project Management Specialist, you'll be shaping how AI understands and executes complex initiatives. You'll create and evaluate training data on methodologies like Agile and Waterfall, risk management, stakeholder communication, and resource allocation, transforming AI into an invaluable project partner.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and evaluate project plans, Gantt charts, and sprint backlogs to train AI on project structuring.
Evaluate AI-generated risk assessments, mitigation strategies, and change management proposals.
Create training data on effective stakeholder communication, conflict resolution, and team collaboration techniques.
Assess AI's understanding of various project management methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, PRINCE2).
Provide detailed feedback on AI's ability to track progress, manage budgets, and allocate resources efficiently.
Develop scenarios for AI to practice problem-solving in common project challenges, such as scope creep or resource constraints.
Ideal Qualifications
5• years of experience as a Project Manager, Program Manager, or Scrum Master.
PMP, CSM, or equivalent certification is highly preferred.
Expertise in both Agile (Scrum, Kanban) and Waterfall project management methodologies.
Proficiency with project management software (e.g., Jira, Asana, Microsoft Project, Trello).
Strong understanding of risk management, resource planning, and stakeholder engagement.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
