Build production-management tasks that test realistic tradeoffs across budget, time, people and delivery.
Responsibilities
• Construct authorized or synthetic budgets, contracts, call sheets, delivery schedules and crew assignments.
• Create scenarios around reconciliation, schedule changes, vendors and crew coordination.
• Define the correct decisions across interacting constraints.
• Build a scoring rubric with at least 35 criteria and document its solution and reasoning.
Experience and eligibility
Five or more years of credited film, TV, digital or live-production work are preferred, including direct budget, call-sheet and contract responsibility. Vendor/crew coordination, rigorous written production documentation and multi-criteria assessment experience are especially useful.
Deliverables and pay
Outputs are complete task packages, production artifacts, solutions and detailed rubrics. Use materials you have the right to provide; do not submit confidential employer files. Task fees, minimum submission quantities and acceptance criteria must be agreed before work. Scope, schedule and review criteria will be agreed with IXO before work begins.
Pay is Per completed task; fee agreed before work in USD. Work is remote.
