User experience is at the heart of every successful product, and for AI to design intuitively, it needs a deep understanding of human-centered principles. Your expertise will guide AI in creating interfaces that are not just functional, but delightful, setting new standards for digital interaction.
As a Product Designer on our team, you'll be evaluating AI-generated UX/UI designs, design systems, and product methodologies. Your critical insights will directly shape how AI learns to craft user flows, wireframes, and prototypes that are both aesthetically pleasing and supremely usable, pushing the boundaries of AI-assisted design.
Key Responsibilities
Evaluate AI-generated UX/UI designs for usability, accessibility, and adherence to design best practices.
Assess the coherence and scalability of AI-proposed design systems, including component libraries and style guides.
Critique AI's understanding and application of product design methodologies (e.g., Design Thinking, Lean UX).
Provide detailed feedback on information architecture, interaction design, and visual hierarchy in AI outputs.
Identify gaps and areas for improvement in AI's ability to generate user-centric solutions and innovative product features.
Develop and refine evaluation rubrics to ensure consistent and high-quality assessment of AI design outputs.
Ideal Qualifications
5• years of professional experience as a Product Designer, UX Designer, or UI Designer.
Expertise in UX/UI principles, human-computer interaction, and design thinking methodologies.
Strong portfolio demonstrating successful product launches and user-centered design solutions.
Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and knowledge of prototyping tools.
Experience in building and maintaining design systems (e.g., Material Design, Ant Design).
Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex design feedback clearly.
