Physician Assistant Clinical Reasoning Review
Job Description
Create clinical scenarios reflecting physician-assistant practice and evaluate diagnostic or management reasoning. Write reference explanations, identify safety problems and assess whether an answer fits the evidence, professional scope and clinical setting.
Professional background
Hold current NCCPA PA-C certification in good standing and an active state PA license. At least two years of clinical work beyond student rotations are required, together with clear written reasoning and ten hours weekly. Emergency, surgical or primary-care depth, precepting/teaching, chart review and a CAQ credential are preferred.
Working arrangements
This is remote, paid IXO expert work. Agree the specific task brief, permitted materials, outputs and working schedule with IXO before starting. Any commitment or duration described in a practice profile is an indicative planning requirement for that route, subject to that agreement.
Pay
$85 • $130/hr USD. The applicable rate is agreed for the work and professional track before you begin.
