Job Description
Medication management is a cornerstone of patient safety and effective treatment, demanding meticulous attention to detail and comprehensive pharmacological knowledge. As a Pharmacist, your expertise will be critical in training AI to accurately assess drug interactions, optimize dosing, and provide safe, evidence-based medication guidance.
Key Responsibilities
Evaluate AI-generated responses regarding pharmacology, pharmacokinetics, pharmacodynamics, and drug-drug/drug-food interactions.
Assess the accuracy and safety of AI outputs on medication dosing, administration routes, adverse drug reactions, and contraindications for various patient populations.
Provide detailed, constructive feedback to guide AI in understanding complex medication profiles, therapeutic drug monitoring, and patient counseling points.
Develop challenging clinical scenarios involving polypharmacy, renal/hepatic impairment, and specific patient conditions impacting drug metabolism.
Identify and correct factual errors, misinterpretations of drug information, or potentially harmful recommendations in AI's medication-related content.
Contribute to the creation of gold-standard drug information and medication management protocols.
Ideal Qualifications
PharmD or equivalent degree from an accredited institution.
Active, unrestricted Pharmacist license (any US state).
Minimum 3 years of clinical practice experience (e.g., hospital, retail, clinical pharmacy).
In-depth knowledge of drug information resources (e.g., Lexicomp, Micromedex, UpToDate).
Strong understanding of medication safety principles, formulary management, and regulatory guidelines (e.g., FDA).
Exceptional attention to detail and ability to articulate complex pharmacological concepts clearly.
