Job Description
Caring for children requires a unique blend of medical knowledge, developmental understanding, and compassionate communication. As a Pediatrician, your expertise will be crucial in training AI to address the specific needs of pediatric patients, from developmental milestones to age-appropriate treatments, ensuring safe and effective care for the youngest population.
Key Responsibilities
Evaluate AI-generated diagnostic assessments, treatment recommendations, and patient education materials specifically tailored for pediatric patients, from neonates to adolescents.
Assess the accuracy and appropriateness of AI outputs concerning child development, vaccination schedules (ACIP guidelines), common childhood illnesses, and chronic pediatric conditions.
Provide detailed, expert feedback on AI's ability to interpret age-specific symptoms, growth charts, and developmental milestones.
Develop challenging clinical scenarios involving pediatric infectious diseases, genetic syndromes, and complex developmental disorders.
Identify and correct factual errors, misinterpretations of pediatric guidelines, or inappropriate treatment dosages in AI's content.
Contribute to the creation of gold-standard responses that emphasize family-centered care and age-appropriate communication.
Ideal Qualifications
MD or DO degree with Board Certification in Pediatrics.
Active, unrestricted medical license (any US state).
Minimum 3 years of clinical practice experience as a pediatrician.
Deep knowledge of AAP guidelines, CDC vaccination schedules, and pediatric pharmacology.
Strong understanding of child development, common pediatric pathologies, and preventative care.
Exceptional ability to articulate complex medical concepts in a clear, child• and parent-friendly manner.
