Paralegal Research and Casework Evaluation
Job Description
Develop paralegal research, drafting and case-management examples. Evaluate citations, discovery organization, document preparation and trial-support workflows, and explain errors or omissions with precise references to the relevant materials.
Professional background
You need either an associate-level qualification/certificate in paralegal studies or a bachelor's degree accompanied by paralegal certification. Bring demonstrated paralegal work in research, document preparation and case organization, with careful analysis and communication. Multi-year experience across specialties is preferred. CP/ACP/RP credentials, specialist training, legal technology, process improvement or legal-training initiatives add useful depth.
Working arrangements
This is remote, paid IXO expert work. Agree the specific task brief, permitted materials, outputs and working schedule with IXO before starting. Any commitment or duration described in a practice profile is an indicative planning requirement for that route, subject to that agreement.
Pay
$55 • $75/hr USD. The applicable rate is agreed for the work and professional track before you begin.
