To truly defend, one must understand how to attack. As an Offensive Security Analyst, you will impart AI with the attacker's mindset, enabling it to comprehend exploit development, penetration testing methodologies, and red teaming tactics, ultimately fortifying defenses through proactive understanding.
Key Responsibilities
Develop comprehensive training datasets covering advanced penetration testing techniques, from reconnaissance to post-exploitation.
Create realistic scenarios for exploit development against various operating systems, applications, and network services.
Generate detailed content on attack simulation, red teaming exercises, and social engineering tactics.
Formulate questions and evaluate AI's ability to identify attack surfaces, craft payloads, and achieve persistence.
Provide expert insights into vulnerability research, reverse engineering, and bypass techniques for security controls.
Review AI-generated penetration test reports, including findings, proof-of-concept exploits, and remediation recommendations.
Ideal Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in penetration testing, red teaming, or exploit development.
Certifications such as OSCP, OSCE, GPEN, or GXPN are highly desirable.
Proficiency with offensive security tools (e.g., Metasploit, Cobalt Strike, Nmap, Burp Suite, Ghidra).
Strong understanding of operating system internals, network protocols, and common application vulnerabilities.
