As a Multilingual Content Expert, you will be at the forefront of this mission, creating and evaluating diverse training data to imbue AI with unparalleled linguistic accuracy and cultural nuance.
Key Responsibilities
Create high-quality linguistic data, including translations, summaries, and conversational responses, across multiple assigned languages.
Evaluate AI-generated content for linguistic accuracy, grammatical correctness, and naturalness in various target languages.
Assess the cultural appropriateness and contextual relevance of AI outputs, ensuring they resonate with native speakers.
Provide detailed, actionable feedback to improve AI models, identifying common errors and areas for linguistic refinement.
Contribute to the development and refinement of comprehensive linguistic evaluation guidelines for diverse language pairs.
Perform quality assurance checks on evaluated datasets, ensuring consistency and adherence to project-specific instructions.
Ideal Qualifications
Native fluency in at least two, preferably three or more, languages (e.g., English • two others).
Proven experience in translation, linguistic evaluation, content writing, or quality assurance across multiple languages.
Strong understanding of linguistic principles, cross-cultural communication, and common translation challenges.
Proficiency with linguistic evaluation tools (e.g., Prodigy, Labelbox, custom platforms) and data quality best practices.
Ability to quickly adapt to new guidelines and maintain high accuracy under varying linguistic complexities.
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail for identifying subtle linguistic errors.
