Job Description
The next generation of AI assistants needs more than just data; they need wisdom in leadership and management. As a Management & Leadership Instructor, you will imbue AI with the nuances of effective organizational behavior, strategic decision-making, and impactful leadership styles.
Key Responsibilities
Develop comprehensive training materials on foundational leadership theories (e.g., Transformational, Servant, Situational Leadership).
Create realistic scenarios for managing team dynamics, conflict resolution, and performance feedback.
Generate data on organizational structures, change management strategies, and corporate culture development.
Formulate questions and evaluate AI's ability to provide actionable advice on strategic planning, delegation, and motivation.
Provide expert insights into talent acquisition, employee engagement, and succession planning best practices.
Review and refine AI-generated content for its understanding of ethical leadership, diversity & inclusion, and emotional intelligence in the workplace.
Ideal Qualifications
Minimum 7 years of experience in a senior management or leadership role.
Advanced degree in Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field (MBA preferred).
Proven track record in team development, strategic execution, and organizational change.
Familiarity with leadership assessment tools (e.g., DISC, StrengthsFinder) and performance management systems.
Experience in corporate training, executive coaching, or academic instruction in leadership.
Exceptional ability to articulate complex interpersonal and organizational concepts.
