Job Description
The study
IXO is conducting a paid remote study of how Medicare Advantage agents and brokers advise clients, enroll members and work with different carriers and plans. The research gathers practical perspectives that can inform AI tools for healthcare and member experiences. Participation is a single survey, rather than an ongoing advisory assignment.
What participation involves
Complete an online questionnaire containing multiple-choice questions and short voice-recorded answers. Explain aspects of your own selling and enrollment practice in general terms. The focus is the decisions and workflows you understand personally, not access to your client files or an employer’s private operating material.
The anticipated completion time is about 20 minutes. You must be able to complete the questionnaire independently, provide usable voice responses and submit within the study’s stated deadline. IXO will confirm the actual format, expected time and submission window before participation.
Eligibility
• Hold a current health-insurance agent or broker license and personally enroll clients in Medicare Advantage plans.
• Have actively sold Medicare Advantage coverage during the most recent Annual Enrollment Period, or AEP.
• Work as an independent agent, agency owner/principal, agency-employed agent or telesales agent. Employees captive to a single carrier are excluded from this study.
• Be based in the United States.
• Be comfortable recording short spoken responses and have a microphone and a quiet place to participate.
No additional minimum number of years is imposed. Current licensure, recent direct enrollment activity and the listed professional setting determine the relevant practitioner profile.
Payment and participation terms
The fixed compensation is $150/study (one-time) USD for an eligible, complete submission that passes verification. This is one payment for the full study, not an hourly rate. IXO will explain eligibility, completion and verification criteria before participation. Applying does not guarantee selection or payment for an incomplete or ineligible submission.
Use generalized examples when explaining practice. The study does not ask you to enroll a member, recommend a plan to an actual beneficiary or make a decision on anyone’s coverage.
Use only public, synthetic or explicitly authorized material. Do not submit confidential employer information, identifiable client records or material nonpublic information. Training outputs do not authorize live client transactions or formal professional opinions.
