Job Description

As a Medical Specialist, you will leverage your focused expertise to enrich AI's understanding within your domain, ensuring its outputs are precise, clinically relevant, and aligned with the highest standards of specialized practice.
Key Responsibilities
Create highly specific training data relevant to your board-certified medical specialty (e.g., Gastroenterology, Pulmonology, Nephrology, Endocrinology, etc.).
Develop complex clinical scenarios, differential diagnoses, and treatment algorithms pertinent to your area of expertise.
Craft detailed explanations of disease pathophysiology, diagnostic workups, and therapeutic interventions within your specialty.
Evaluate AI-generated content for accuracy, clinical appropriateness, and adherence to established guidelines and best practices in your field.
Provide expert feedback to refine AI's ability to reason through nuanced cases, interpret specialized test results, and formulate expert-level recommendations.
Stay abreast of the latest research, clinical trials, and advancements within your specialty to ensure training data remains cutting-edge.
Ideal Qualifications
MD or DO degree with Board Certification in a specific medical specialty.
Active, unrestricted medical license (any US state).
Minimum 3 years of clinical practice experience post-fellowship/residency in your specialty.
Deep, current knowledge of diagnostic criteria, treatment guidelines, and pharmacotherapy within your field.
Ability to articulate complex medical concepts clearly and provide precise, actionable feedback.
Experience with medical content creation or peer review is a plus.
