Job Description
In healthcare, accuracy is paramount. As a Medical Content Reviewer, you'll be on the front lines, ensuring that AI-generated medical information is not only factual but also clinically sound and safe for patient care. Your critical eye will directly impact the trustworthiness and utility of AI in medicine.
Key Responsibilities
Rigorously review AI-generated medical content, including patient education materials, clinical summaries, and diagnostic explanations, for accuracy, completeness, and clinical relevance.
Verify that all information adheres to evidence-based medicine (EBM) standards, consulting authoritative medical sources (e.g., UpToDate, PubMed, clinical guidelines).
Identify and correct any factual inaccuracies, misleading statements, or potentially harmful advice within AI outputs.
Assess the clarity, tone, and appropriateness of AI responses for various target audiences (e.g., patients, healthcare professionals).
Provide detailed, actionable feedback to guide AI in improving its understanding of medical nuances, differential diagnoses, and treatment protocols.
Flag content that requires further expert review due to high-risk implications or complex ethical considerations.
Ideal Qualifications
MD or DO degree from an accredited institution.
Active, unrestricted medical license (any US state).
Minimum 3 years of clinical experience post-residency.
Strong understanding of evidence-based medicine principles and clinical guideline interpretation.
Exceptional attention to detail and critical thinking skills.
Proficiency in medical terminology and ability to research complex medical topics efficiently.
