Medical Reasoning Specialist
Job Description
Develop medical cases and assess whether AI responses reflect sound clinical reasoning and current guidance.
What you will do
• Write realistic clinical cases and decision-making challenges.
• Evaluate medical accuracy, logical consistency and alignment with current guidance.
• Improve scenario difficulty and realism with clinical and technical reviewers.
Required background
• Enrollment in or completion of an accredited MD program, together with current professional licensure in a recognized jurisdiction.
• Clinical or academic experience demonstrating contemporary medical expertise.
• Strong analysis and clear written/verbal explanation of complex medical situations.
Preferred background
• Several years of clinical practice or substantial specialist research.
• Experience with medical education, clinical training or health technology.
• Familiarity with digital-health or AI applications in clinical decisions.
Location and eligibility
• Current licensure in a recognized jurisdiction is required; MD enrollment alone does not replace the license condition.
Availability
• Remote work with flexible hours.
Pay and engagement
$168/hr
