Your clinical expertise as a registered nurse will be vital in evaluating AI responses to complex nursing scenarios, ensuring safety, empathy, and adherence to best practices.
Key Responsibilities
Evaluate AI-generated responses to nursing queries, patient care plans, and clinical scenarios for accuracy, safety, and appropriateness.
Assess AI's understanding of nursing processes, ethical considerations, and communication protocols.
Identify and correct inaccuracies, omissions, or potentially harmful advice in AI outputs.
Provide detailed feedback on AI's ability to demonstrate empathy, critical thinking, and patient-centered care principles.
Contribute to the development of comprehensive nursing knowledge bases and evaluation rubrics for AI.
Review AI-generated documentation for adherence to charting standards and legal requirements.
Ideal Qualifications
Registered Nurse (RN) with an active, unencumbered license.
Minimum 3 years of direct clinical experience in diverse healthcare settings (e.g., acute care, primary care, specialty).
Strong understanding of nursing theory, pharmacology, pathophysiology, and evidence-based practice.
Excellent critical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) and clinical decision support systems.
Ability to articulate complex clinical reasoning and provide constructive feedback.
