Real Estate Law Expert
We are seeking a Real Estate Law Expert to meticulously evaluate AI-generated legal content, documents, and advice pertaining to property law. Your deep understanding of real estate transactions, land use, and property rights will be instrumental in teaching AI to navigate this complex legal domain with precision.
Key Responsibilities
Review and evaluate AI-drafted real estate contracts, leases, purchase agreements, and other transactional documents.
Assess AI's interpretations of property titles, deeds, easements, and encumbrances.
Validate AI-generated legal advice concerning zoning regulations, land use planning, and environmental compliance (e.g., CERCLA, NEPA).
Provide detailed feedback on AI's analysis of real estate disputes, including landlord-tenant issues and boundary disputes.
Ensure AI's understanding of financing instruments, such as mortgages and deeds of trust, is legally sound.
Identify and correct any legal inaccuracies or omissions in AI-generated real estate assessments.
Ideal Qualifications
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an an accredited law school, with a specialization in real estate law.
Active bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
4• years of experience practicing real estate law, encompassing both commercial and residential properties.
Proficiency in reviewing title reports, surveys, and environmental assessments.
Experience with real estate litigation or transactional work is highly valued.
Strong ability to articulate complex legal concepts clearly and concisely.

Start Date: Within 2 weeks of acceptance
