Key Responsibilities
Rigorously evaluate AI-generated immigration law guidance, visa application advice, and eligibility assessments for accuracy and completeness.
Assess AI's understanding of various visa categories (e.g., H-1B, F-1, EB-5, family-based petitions), green card processes, and naturalization requirements.
Identify and correct any inaccuracies, outdated information, or potentially misleading advice in AI outputs.
Provide detailed feedback on AI's ability to interpret complex statutes, regulations (e.g., INA, 8 CFR), and policy manuals (e.g., USCIS Policy Manual).
Contribute to the development of comprehensive legal knowledge bases and evaluation rubrics specific to immigration law.
Review AI-generated legal document drafts for correctness and adherence to formatting standards.
Ideal Qualifications
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an ABA-accredited law school.
Active bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
Minimum 3 years of dedicated experience practicing U.S. immigration law (business, family, or removal defense).
Expert knowledge of USCIS, DOS, and EOIR procedures and policies.
Proficiency in legal research platforms (e.g., Westlaw, LexisNexis) and case management software.
Meticulous attention to detail and strong analytical skills in legal interpretation.
