Key Responsibilities
Generate high-quality training data based on real-world legal scenarios encountered in active practice, covering litigation, transactional law, and client advisory.
Review and refine AI-generated legal documents, correspondence, and research outputs to ensure practical relevance and accuracy.
Provide expert evaluations on legal documents, identifying key clauses, issues, and strategic considerations from a practitioner's perspective.
Develop and validate AI prompts that simulate client inquiries, court filings, or deal negotiations.
Offer nuanced feedback on AI's ability to understand context, identify risks, and propose actionable legal strategies.
Ideal Qualifications
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school and active bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
Minimum of 3• years of active legal practice in litigation, transactional law, or a general advisory role.
Demonstrated experience in drafting legal documents, conducting legal research, and advising clients.
Strong understanding of legal ethics, professional responsibility, and the practical challenges of legal work.
Ability to articulate complex legal concepts clearly and concisely for AI training purposes.
Familiarity with legal tech tools and an enthusiasm for leveraging AI in legal practice.
