Job Description
The Korean language, with its intricate honorific system and unique grammatical structures, demands expert human oversight to achieve AI excellence. As a Korean Language Quality Analyst, you will be the critical link, meticulously evaluating AI outputs to ensure they not only adhere to grammatical rules but also perfectly capture the appropriate honorifics and natural flow essential for authentic Korean communication.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive quality assurance reviews of AI-generated Korean content across various domains (e.g., conversational AI, technical documentation, marketing).
Meticulously evaluate the appropriate use of honorifics (존댓말/반말) based on context, relationship, and social hierarchy.
Identify and categorize linguistic errors, including grammatical mistakes, stylistic inconsistencies, unnatural phrasing, and factual inaccuracies.
Assess the overall fluency, coherence, and cultural appropriateness of AI outputs for a Korean-speaking audience.
Provide detailed, constructive feedback to AI models and development teams, highlighting specific areas for improvement in Korean language generation.
Contribute to the refinement of evaluation rubrics, quality metrics, and style guides for Korean AI content.
Ideal Qualifications
Native fluency in Korean with an exceptional command of its grammar, honorific system, and stylistic conventions.
Proven experience in linguistic quality assurance, translation review, content editing, or technical writing in Korean.
Deep understanding of Korean culture and social dynamics to accurately assess honorific usage.
Strong analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail for identifying subtle linguistic and cultural errors.
Familiarity with quality assurance methodologies and linguistic evaluation platforms.
