Senior Retail Benchmark and Rubric Design
Job Description
Develop retail evaluation cases drawn from merchandising, category management, buying, planning and store operations. Write reference approaches and rubrics, examine model recommendations against practical constraints and explain operational or commercial errors.
Practice scope
At least eight years of retail practice and prior AI rubric work are mandatory. Relevant routes include merchandising, category management, buying, planning and retail operations.
Professional background
At least eight years in retail and previous AI-rubric experience are mandatory. Your background should come from a recognized leading organization and show increasing responsibility in buying, planning, merchandising, category management or operations. The planning requirement is at least thirty-five hours during weekdays each week. You must communicate clearly, analyze problems and work constructively with others; generic AI familiarity does not replace rubric experience.

Working arrangements
This is remote, paid IXO expert work. Agree the specific task brief, permitted materials, outputs and working schedule with IXO before starting. Any commitment or duration described in a practice profile is an indicative planning requirement for that route, subject to that agreement.
Pay
$65 • $85/hr USD. The applicable rate is agreed for the work and professional track before you begin.
