Senior Marketing Benchmark and Rubric Design
Job Description
Build demanding marketing evaluation tasks and their reference answers. Develop and apply rubrics, assess strategy and execution across marketing functions, diagnose weaknesses in model outputs and document the reasoning needed for reliable expert grading.
Practice scope
At least eight years of professional marketing experience and prior AI rubric work are mandatory. General familiarity with an AI chat tool alone does not meet the rubric-experience requirement.
Professional background
You must bring at least eight years of dedicated marketing practice in a recognized leading organization and prior experience building AI rubrics. Show progression into increasing responsibility—for example, from management to director or executive leadership—in brand, growth, performance or related marketing work. Plan for at least thirty-five weekday hours weekly. Clear communication, sound problem solving and effective collaboration are required. Using chat tools without prior rubric work does not satisfy the AI-experience condition.
Location eligibility
Location conditions apply to the named professional track:
• Marketing Specialist: United States.
Working arrangements
This is remote, paid IXO expert work. Agree the specific task brief, permitted materials, outputs and working schedule with IXO before starting. Any commitment or duration described in a practice profile is an indicative planning requirement for that route, subject to that agreement.
Pay
$65 • $85/hr USD. The applicable rate is agreed for the work and professional track before you begin.
