Job Description
Design challenging business-operations benchmarks grounded in decisions you have owned. Produce realistic problem statements, high-quality reference answers and scoring criteria, evaluate model work against operational constraints and explain the distinctions between superficially plausible and professionally sound results.
Practice scope
One route requires at least four years of business/revenue-operations ownership, a bachelor degree, senior team/function/budget responsibility and professional LLM use; quota-only sales experience does not qualify. The enterprise-operations route instead calls for eight to twelve years, a bachelor degree and current or recent hands-on operational expertise.
Professional background
The senior operations route requires a bachelor's degree, at least four years owning a business/revenue/sales-operations function and progression to responsibility for a team, budget or function. Selling against an individual quota without operations ownership is insufficient. Demonstrate depth in an area such as territory design, forecasting, CRM/go-to-market systems, pricing, inventory, analytics or process improvement. Professional language-model use and precise written critique are required. An MBA or comparable postgraduate qualification is strongly preferred. Its indicative commitment is forty hours weekly over six months.
The enterprise-operations route calls for a bachelor's degree, eight to twelve years of experience and current or recent hands-on practice. Independent written analysis is central. Recognized work products, research or peer-review experience are useful; SAP/Oracle, supply-chain systems, financial planning models or compliance audits provide additional evidence.

Pay
$105 • $180/hr USD. The applicable rate is agreed for the work and professional track before you begin.
