Notarial Procedure Evaluation
Job Description
Develop notarization scenarios and reference explanations for acknowledgments, jurats, oaths and identification checks. Evaluate procedural decisions against the relevant state rules and identify guidance that appears correct but violates a notary's obligations.
Professional background
You must hold an active notary commission in a US state and have at least two years of active practice. Bring practical knowledge of identity checks, acknowledgments, jurats and oaths, with clear procedural writing and ten hours weekly. Remote-online-notarization authorization, loan-signing work and multi-state experience are advantages.
Working arrangements
This is remote, paid IXO expert work. Agree the specific task brief, permitted materials, outputs and working schedule with IXO before starting. Any commitment or duration described in a practice profile is an indicative planning requirement for that route, subject to that agreement.
Pay
$40 • $65/hr USD. The applicable rate is agreed for the work and professional track before you begin.
