Medicare Plan Member Experience Study
Job Description
Participate in research about your own experience with Medicare coverage through Devoted Health. Answer voice and multiple-choice questions about enrollment, care access and service experience, using your own recollection rather than generated answers.
Professional background
This study is for US residents who are Medicare-eligible and at least 64, with current or previous enrollment in a Devoted Health Medicare Advantage plan. You must be able to complete an approximately twenty-minute online survey independently and provide recorded spoken answers. A functioning microphone and a quiet place to participate are required.

Working arrangements
This is remote, paid IXO expert work. Agree the specific task brief, permitted materials, outputs and working schedule with IXO before starting. Any commitment or duration described in a practice profile is an indicative planning requirement for that route, subject to that agreement. The fee and participation brief must be agreed before the study. The agreed fee covers the specified study.
Pay
Fee agreed per completed study. The amount and acceptance criteria will be confirmed before you accept the task or study. Time estimates are not a promised hourly rate.
