Job Description
Review and create simulated acquisition-agreement redlines and negotiation responses. Assess drafting and risk allocation in purchase agreements, evaluate model work against clear criteria and explain the transactional reasoning behind your corrections.
Professional background
Hold an ABA-accredited JD and active admission in a US jurisdiction. You need at least two years in a corporate law firm's M&A practice and practical knowledge of acquisition documents, including asset and share purchase agreements. Precise writing, analytical feedback and collaboration across disciplines are required. Private-equity transactions and prior AI, legal-technology or training work are preferred.
Working arrangements
This is remote, paid IXO expert work. Agree the specific task brief, permitted materials, outputs and working schedule with IXO before starting. Any commitment or duration described in a practice profile is an indicative planning requirement for that route, subject to that agreement.
Pay
Fee agreed per accepted task. The amount and acceptance criteria will be confirmed before you accept the task or study. Time estimates are not a promised hourly rate.
