Job Description
Create enterprise legal scenarios and evaluate how models handle sophisticated organizational obligations. Review contracts, transactions and compliance problems, use realistic legal workflows and tools, and provide structured explanations of risks, constraints and professional-quality decisions.
Professional background
You need a JD with active bar admission and at least two years either in-house at a Fortune 500/large public company or as a partner or senior associate in an AmLaw 100 firm serving enterprises at that scale. Bring depth in one or more relevant fields—transactions, securities, regulation, employment, IP, privacy or commercial agreements. Familiarity with enterprise governance/risk systems and contract platforms such as Icertis, Agiloft or Ironclad is required. Writing examinations, training materials or rubrics is a useful addition.

Working arrangements
This is remote, paid IXO expert work. Agree the specific task brief, permitted materials, outputs and working schedule with IXO before starting. Any commitment or duration described in a practice profile is an indicative planning requirement for that route, subject to that agreement.
Pay
$120 • $160/hr USD. The applicable rate is agreed for the work and professional track before you begin.
