Dishwashing Work Experience Study
Job Description
Complete an occupational research survey or interview about day-to-day dishwashing work. Describe the equipment, cleaning tasks and kitchen workflow you know directly, and assess whether the questions accurately capture that occupation.
Professional background
You must live in the US and have worked specifically as a dishwasher for at least two years, currently or within the past twelve months. Bring first-hand knowledge of dish-room equipment, daily tasks and kitchen workflow. Primarily cooking or food-preparation experience, front-of-house service and restaurant management do not substitute for the dishwasher role.

Working arrangements
This is remote, paid IXO expert work. Agree the specific task brief, permitted materials, outputs and working schedule with IXO before starting. Any commitment or duration described in a practice profile is an indicative planning requirement for that route, subject to that agreement. The initial study is expected to take 30–75 minutes. Any follow-up is separately agreed and paid.
Pay
$55/hr USD. The applicable rate is agreed for the work and professional track before you begin.
