Job Description
Develop customer-support cases and evaluate responses for accuracy, empathy and useful resolution. Examine troubleshooting, escalations and policy interpretation, maintain clear case documentation and create or review support guidance and knowledge-base material.
Professional background
The general service route requires a high-school qualification or equivalent and professional customer-support experience. Further college study is preferred. Breadth across industries/channels, service training, quality assurance, escalations, retention and CRM work are advantages.
The specialist support profile prefers at least three years handling difficult customer cases, advanced use of support/CRM tools and experience explaining product knowledge to users. Bring empathetic problem solving, careful tone and clear spoken/written communication. Distributed-team experience is helpful.

Working arrangements
This is remote, paid IXO expert work. Agree the specific task brief, permitted materials, outputs and working schedule with IXO before starting. Any commitment or duration described in a practice profile is an indicative planning requirement for that route, subject to that agreement.
Pay
$40 • $80/hr USD. The applicable rate is agreed for the work and professional track before you begin.
