Identity & Access Management Analyst
Job Description
Identity and Access Management is the cornerstone of modern security, dictating who can access what, when, and why. As an Identity & Access Management Analyst, you will train AI to master the complexities of secure access, enabling it to intelligently manage identities and enforce least privilege principles.
Key Responsibilities
Develop comprehensive training datasets covering IAM policies, access control models (e.g., RBAC, ABAC), and provisioning/deprovisioning workflows.
Create realistic scenarios for implementing Zero Trust architectures, multi-factor authentication (MFA), and single sign-on (SSO) solutions.
Generate detailed content on privileged access management (PAM), identity governance and administration (IGA), and directory services (e.g., Active Directory, LDAP).
Formulate questions and evaluate AI's ability to recommend appropriate access controls for different user roles and resource types.
Provide expert insights into identity federation, API security, and secure credential storage.
Review AI-generated explanations of IAM best practices, compliance requirements (e.g., PCI DSS, HIPAA), and common attack vectors targeting identities.
Ideal Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) engineering, architecture, or operations.
Certifications such as CISSP, CIAM, or CISM are highly desirable.
Hands-on experience with leading IAM platforms (e.g., Okta, Azure AD, Ping Identity, SailPoint).
Strong understanding of authentication protocols (e.g., SAML, OAuth, OIDC) and authorization frameworks.
Proficiency with scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Python) for automating IAM tasks.
Experience implementing or managing PAM solutions and IGA platforms.
