Job Description
Cancer and blood disorders represent some of medicine's most challenging frontiers, demanding highly specialized and constantly evolving knowledge. As a Hematology & Oncology Specialist, your insights will be critical in training AI to navigate complex treatment protocols, interpret intricate molecular data, and support personalized patient care in these vital fields.
Key Responsibilities
Evaluate AI-generated treatment plans, diagnostic interpretations, and patient education materials related to hematologic malignancies, solid tumors, and benign hematologic disorders.
Assess the accuracy and clinical appropriateness of AI outputs concerning chemotherapy regimens, targeted therapies, immunotherapies, and radiation oncology principles.
Provide detailed, expert feedback on AI's ability to interpret complex laboratory results (e.g., flow cytometry, molecular diagnostics) and apply risk stratification models.
Develop challenging clinical scenarios involving rare cancers, complex staging, and management of treatment-related toxicities.
Identify and correct factual errors, outdated guidelines, or inappropriate treatment recommendations in AI's hematology/oncology content.
Contribute to the review of clinical trial data and emerging research findings to keep AI models current.
Ideal Qualifications
MD or DO degree with Board Certification in Hematology and/or Medical Oncology.
Active, unrestricted medical license (any US state).
Minimum 3 years of clinical practice experience in hematology/oncology post-fellowship.
Deep knowledge of NCCN guidelines, ASCO recommendations, and current therapeutic landscapes.
Familiarity with molecular diagnostics, precision oncology, and clinical trial design.
Exceptional critical thinking skills and attention to detail in complex medical decision-making.
