Job Description

As a Healthcare Expert, your diverse clinical background will be instrumental in validating AI's outputs, ensuring its utility and safety across a broad spectrum of medical and patient care scenarios.
Key Responsibilities
Evaluate AI-generated responses and analyses across a wide range of healthcare domains, including diagnostics, treatment planning, patient management, and public health.
Assess the clinical accuracy, ethical considerations, and practical applicability of AI outputs for various healthcare professionals and patient populations.
Provide detailed, constructive feedback to enhance AI's understanding of disease pathophysiology, pharmacology, and clinical decision-making processes.
Develop gold-standard answers and challenging clinical vignettes to test AI's reasoning in complex, multi-faceted healthcare situations.
Identify and correct factual errors, misinterpretations of medical literature, or biases in AI's healthcare-related content.
Contribute to the creation of robust evaluation frameworks for AI performance in healthcare applications.
Ideal Qualifications
MD, DO, RN (APRN preferred), NP, PA, or MPH with an active, unrestricted license/certification.
Minimum 5 years of direct clinical practice or public health experience.
Broad knowledge across multiple medical specialties or healthcare systems.
Strong understanding of evidence-based practice and healthcare ethics.
Exceptional critical thinking and analytical skills, with an ability to articulate complex feedback.
Familiarity with medical informatics or health technology is a plus.
