As a Greek Language Expert, you will be crucial in refining AI models, ensuring their outputs are not only grammatically sound but also naturally expressed, culturally appropriate, and reflective of modern Greek communication.
Key Responsibilities
Evaluate and edit AI-generated Greek text for grammatical accuracy, syntactic coherence, and natural phrasing, including correct declension and conjugation.
Identify and rectify errors related to verb tenses, noun cases, and appropriate use of diacritics (e.g., tonos).
Provide detailed linguistic feedback on stylistic choices, idiomatic expressions, and cultural appropriateness in AI outputs, distinguishing between formal and informal registers.
Contribute to the creation and refinement of evaluation guidelines specific to Greek linguistic challenges.
Perform comparative analysis of AI-generated content against human-written samples to assess quality and identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with AI development teams by offering insights into common linguistic pitfalls for Greek language models.
Ideal Qualifications
Native fluency in Modern Greek with an exceptional command of its grammar, vocabulary, and contemporary usage.
Professional experience in translation, editing, linguistic evaluation, or content creation for Greek.
Strong understanding of Greek morphology, syntax, and phonology.
Familiarity with linguistic evaluation tools and quality control processes.
Academic background in Greek Philology, Classics, Linguistics, or a related field is highly beneficial.
