As a Financial Manager, you will be crucial in refining AI's ability to understand and apply these principles, transforming it into an intelligent assistant capable of supporting critical business decisions and optimizing financial performance.
Key Responsibilities
Evaluate AI-generated analyses of financial statements, budget proposals, and variance reports for accuracy and strategic insight.
Assess AI's comprehension of financial management principles, including capital allocation, cost control, and profitability analysis.
Provide expert feedback on AI outputs related to forecasting models, scenario planning, and long-range financial projections.
Identify and correct factual inaccuracies or strategic misinterpretations in AI's recommendations for improving financial health and operational efficiency.
Refine AI's capacity to interpret complex financial data, identify trends, and articulate their business implications.
Develop training data on internal controls, compliance reporting, and best practices in financial governance.
Ideal Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration; MBA or Master's in Finance preferred.
Minimum 7 years of progressive experience in financial management, budgeting, forecasting, or financial reporting roles.
Strong proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau).
Deep understanding of GAAP/IFRS and financial regulatory requirements.
CPA, CMA, or CFA designation is highly desirable.
Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and financial planning software.
