Job Description
The financial world demands precision, foresight, and a deep understanding of market dynamics. As a Financial Modeling Specialist, you will be instrumental in training AI to master the intricacies of financial analysis, modeling, and forecasting, transforming it into an indispensable tool for corporate finance, investment analysis, and robust risk assessment.
Key Responsibilities
Create detailed financial models (e.g., 3-statement, DCF, LBO) and provide expert evaluations for AI training.
Evaluate AI-generated financial analyses for accuracy in valuation, ratio analysis, and trend identification.
Develop comprehensive training data on corporate finance concepts, including capital budgeting, cost of capital, and working capital management.
Assess AI's ability to perform investment analysis, including equity research, fixed income valuation, and portfolio performance attribution.
Identify and correct factual errors or logical inconsistencies in AI's risk assessment frameworks and sensitivity analyses.
Refine AI's capacity to interpret economic indicators, market sentiment, and their impact on financial forecasts.
Ideal Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related quantitative field.
Minimum 4 years of experience in financial modeling, corporate finance, or investment analysis.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VBA skills are a plus) and financial modeling software.
Strong understanding of accounting principles (GAAP/IFRS) and financial statement analysis.
CFA Charterholder or candidate is highly preferred.
Experience with financial databases (e.g., Bloomberg, Refinitiv Eikon, S&P Capital IQ).
